Organisations not already recognised by us can apply for centre and qualification recognition at the same time. All centres offering ESB assessments must hold Registered Centre status.
What is an ESB registered centre?
An ESB Registered Centre is one that fulfils the criteria set by the ESB Customer Service Standards to offer the Board’s assessments. It signifies commitment to standards in preparing candidates for assessment, compliance with administrative and regulatory requirements and liaison with the Board to enhance quality assurance for all users.
Why should I become an ESB registered centre?
ESB Registered Centres will receive a Handbook for Organisers and a regular Newsletter.Our Helpline is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. Workshops and training sessions are available to all centres to provide initial and ongoing advice and guidance.
