Overview

All young people have to prepare for independence and employment but this can be a difficult and challenging process. Inspiring Confidence in Employability (Entry 1) is an Employability Skills qualification designed to help prepare students for the world of work. The ICE series (Entry 1-3) supports the development of learners’ skills, knowledge and understanding in a range of units giving an opportunity for choice and flexibility. This then allows them to set their own long term goals in line with their chosen destinations.
