Transition and onboarding
ESB International provides a comprehensive onboarding process for all new organisations who work with us. Upon registration, you will receive a thorough induction from our team to help guide you through the transitional period if you are joining us from another Awarding Organisation.
Support and training
All centres are provided with training from a subject expert who will guide teaching staff through our qualification specifications and grade/level descriptors, as well as sharing tips on best practice. Our Customer Experience Team will also meet with exam administration staff to walk them through our online booking system.
External assessments
Our external assessments remove many of the administrative burdens, such as marking/assessing, resulting and certification, away from the educational organisation as ESB International as the Awarding Organisation handles all of these details.

We want to make the teaching our qualifications as enjoyable for the tutor as it is for the learner, and we have a collection of free-to-use resources available for ESOL tutors to use.
