We are proud to announce the release of a new teacher support package for our updated Level 2 Speech Pathways qualification – ESB Level 2 Certificate in Speech (Grade 4). This package consists of guidance books and activity sheets for the Speech to Inform, Speech to Perform and Speech for Employability pathways. Each teacher guidance book provides you with information about how best to prepare your learners for a specific pathway. For example, the Speech to Inform book contains practical advice and suggestions about how to help your learners review a news item and give a persuasive speech. Similarly, the Speech to Perform book contains advice about how to perform a published work and perform a self-composition. Finally, the Speech for Employability book contains guidance about how to communicate clearly and confidently in an interview, and during a career-related telephone call.
